MEDICAL & INJURY WAIVER
Participation in TAGSHOT activities involves physical movement and the use of archery equipment with foam-tipped arrows. This waiver must be completed by all participants prior to gameplay.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Participants understand and accept that TAGSHOT involves running, dodging, physical exertion, and potential impact from foam-tipped arrows.
Participants acknowledge that minor injuries may occur, including but not limited to bruises, muscle strains, sprains, or accidental collisions with other players or obstacles.
Participation is entirely at the participant’s own risk.
SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
All participants agree to:
Wear safety masks at all times during gameplay
Follow all instructions provided by TAGSHOT staff and game marshals
Use only TAGSHOT-provided equipment
Play safely and respectfully at all times
Failure to follow safety rules may result in immediate removal from the session without refund.
MEDICAL DECLARATION
Participants confirm that they are medically fit to participate in TAGSHOT activities.
Any existing medical conditions, including asthma, heart conditions, injuries, or other relevant health concerns, must be disclosed to TAGSHOT staff prior to gameplay.
LIABILITY WAIVER
Participants release and hold harmless TAGSHOT, its owners, staff, contractors, and associates from any liability for injury, loss, or damage sustained during participation, except where required by law.
MEDIA CONSENT
Participants may choose to allow or decline the use of photographs or videos taken during TAGSHOT sessions for promotional purposes, including social media, website content, and advertising.
PARTICIPANT CONFIRMATION
By signing below, the participant confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined in this Medical & Injury Waiver.
