DEPOSIT, CANCELLATION, WEATHER & NO-SHOW POLICY

This policy applies to all TAGSHOT bookings and is designed to protect both your event and our scheduling. Please read this carefully before confirming your booking.


BOOKING DEPOSIT

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.
Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
The deposit applies to the base session or package only and does not include add-ons.
Add-ons are payable separately.


CANCELLATIONS – 7+ DAYS BEFORE EVENT

You may reschedule once at no cost.
If you choose to cancel completely, the 20% deposit is forfeited.


CANCELLATIONS – 2 TO 7 DAYS BEFORE EVENT

The 20% deposit is retained.
Fifty percent of the remaining balance will be issued as a credit toward one future rescheduled date.


CANCELLATIONS – 48 HOURS OR LESS

No refund applies.
A new 20% deposit is required to rebook.


WEATHER POLICY

If severe or unsafe weather conditions make gameplay unsafe, your event may be rescheduled once within 3 months at no penalty.
Reschedules are subject to availability.


NO-SHOW POLICY

If the organiser or group fails to attend on the event day, the booking is treated as a late cancellation.
No refunds or credits apply in the case of a no-show.


ACCEPTANCE OF POLICY

By proceeding with a booking and paying the deposit, you acknowledge and accept all terms outlined in this Deposit, Cancellation, Weather & No-Show Policy.
